Variable line speed
Does your conveyor change speed during production? If you don't run a fixed belt speed, the sealer adjusts its power automatically to the conveyor's speed, in real time: every container gets exactly the energy it needs, whatever pace your line runs at. No operator intervention, and no burnt or unsealed containers during start-ups and stops.
Format changeover
It's quick and easy. In one minute it switches from one container to another. Different diameters, different heights, different materials — the same machine, always straight and centered over your line. No need to rotate the sealer or leave it at an angle, and the result is repeatable, container after container.
Installation
It takes up less than one meter on your current line. Bidirectional (seals left to right or the other way around), with its legs under the belt, height adjustment with a digital readout for different containers and a Center Line mark to align the center of the cap with the axis of your belt. Place it, plug it in and start sealing.
Integration
It comes as standard with the signals your line needs — alarms, remote start-stop, external interlock and many more. Ready to work in step with the rest of your machines, if your line is highly automated. Missing another machine? We help you buy it right.

Will it work for my cap?
Almost certainly yes. Enercon has the widest coil range on the market, including for difficult or unusual caps. If your cap is new or special, we confirm it for free with a trial before you buy.
How long does commissioning take?
None. Unlike other machines, your sealer arrives assembled and tested. Place it, plug it in, and after a couple of hours' training your team is producing the same day.
Which cap diameters can I seal with my SuperSealPro?
The SuperSealPro can take different coils depending on your project (some standard, others at a small extra cost), and each coil has a range of diameters it can seal. Looking for flexibility? An All in One coil lets you seal caps between Ø20 mm and Ø120 mm with no format changeover. Very fast line, single format, or a special cap? We'll probably propose a very specific coil for your project, with a narrower diameter range but far more efficient (specialized for that job). You can see the coil we've chosen for you in the first pages of your quote.
What if in the future I want to seal caps larger or smaller than my coil's range?
No problem. There are sealing heads with different ranges to suit any cap. If it exists, chances are we're already sealing it. Oh, and once again we'll support you with materials, a trial and a new parameter sheet.
Is training included?
Yes, as standard and with our own methodology. Nobody else includes it in the price. And it's not the only thing. The price also covers the prior sealing trial, transport and insurance, the machine assembled and tested, expert support for the life of the SuperSeal (by phone, email or WhatsApp) and the free manual in all the languages you need.
The steps to sealing well are simple. And very close.
