Which containers can be induction sealed?
Plastic, glass or ceramic, with a cap that takes an induction liner — from Ø15 to Ø150 mm. And with the TopPressureSeal, also capless containers, flexible lids and special formats.
Do I need to change my caps?
You need caps with induction liners. They're bought that way, with the liner already inserted; there are plenty on the market and we help you find the right one.
How fast can I seal?
From 8 containers per minute (manual) to 500 with a single machine — and up to 2,000/min in custom solutions. There's a SuperSeal for every line.
How much room does the sealer take up on my line?
Less than one meter, with its legs outside the belt. Place it, plug it in and start sealing.
What maintenance does it need?
Practically none. It has no consumables or moving parts. Simple preventive check-ups and you're done.
Is training included?
Yes, as standard and with our own methodology. Nobody else includes it in the price. And it's not the only thing. The price also covers the prior sealing trial, transport and insurance, the machine assembled and tested, expert support for the life of the SuperSeal (by phone, email or WhatsApp) and the free manual in all the languages you need.
Can I try before buying?
Yes, and you should: free sealing trial with your containers. We return them sealed.
What if I change container or cap in the future?
There are sealing heads with different ranges to suit any cap. If it exists, chances are we're already sealing it.
