Frequently asked questions
Is it for production or just for the lab?
For both: manual production runs (2 shifts a day, no problem for the SuperSealJunior), new products, pallets of large containers, IBC tanks… And when your volume grows, the automatic range picks up right where the SuperSealJunior leaves off.
Could a small automatic pay off for me?
Most likely, yes. If you have a minimum level of production and sales, with a SuperSeal300 or SuperSeal400 you'll produce in less time, and with no labor cost (your sealer pays for itself).
How is it different from cheap manual sealers?
In that it seals container No. 1 exactly like No. 10,000, and in that it lasts years instead of months: a SuperSealJunior's service life is 15 to 20 years, depending on your plant's conditions.
Won't a cheap internet machine do to get started?
You can try: there are much cheaper ones. But you'll spend the day opening caps to check whether they have sealed — one burns it, the next leaves it unsealed. And behind it there are no validated materials, no training, and no phone that answers when something fails. Cheap, in leaks, ends up costing more. Especially when you are starting out and want your brand to stand out positively.
Do all manual sealers meet European regulations?
No. The SuperSealJunior carries full CE marking, with all the safety features that regulations require. Machines without CE conformity are prohibited in the EU: an inspection can shut the equipment down — and if there is an accident, the online seller will not answer for you.

Will it work for my cap?
Almost certainly yes. Enercon has the widest coil range on the market, including for difficult or unusual caps. If your cap is new or special, we confirm it for free with a trial before you buy.
How long does commissioning take?
None. Unlike other machines, your sealer arrives assembled and tested. Place it, plug it in, and after a couple of hours' training your team is producing the same day.
What if in the future I want to seal caps larger or smaller than my coil's range?
No problem. There are sealing heads with different ranges to suit any cap. If it exists, chances are we're already sealing it. Oh, and once again we'll support you with materials, a trial and a new parameter sheet.
Is training included?
Yes, as standard and with our own methodology. Nobody else includes it in the price. And it's not the only thing. The price also covers the prior sealing trial, transport and insurance, the machine assembled and tested, expert support for the life of the SuperSeal (by phone, email or WhatsApp) and the free manual in all the languages you need.
